BC Assessment and Blaine Bey will lead the workshop on what activities should be considered to create a Work Breakdown Structure.
Attendees will learn:
- How to create a hierarchical decomposition of the total scope of work to be carried during a project.
- The 100% Rule
- How to define the work packages at the lowest level of the WBS.
- Rolling Wave Planning
