Event Details:
Risks are considered from the perspective of Risk Events. The discussion will go extend the consideration of likelihood and impact to also consider inherent risks and residual risks. Attendees will learn about Strategic Objectives, Causes, Impacts, Preventative Measures, Controls, and Mitigations. A Bow-Tie diagram will be introduced to illustrate the relationships of the above concepts.
